Subject: STOP VAWA Implementation Plan Survey
Importance: High

The VAWA Advisory Board and Implementation Plan Subcommittee and the Oregon Department of Justice, Crime Victims' Services Division (CVSD) are conducting a brief survey to guide the process that ensures that VAWA monies are used to address the highest priority policy and service gaps for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Oregon. The new Statewide Implementation Plan for FY 2013 - 2015 must demonstrate how the state enhances coordination and integration of state, local, and tribal law enforcement, prosecution, courts, and victim services respond to cases involving violence against women.

Please circulate this email and survey widely.

Completing the Survey: You can access the survey at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2L8GHZ5. It should take you approximately 15 minutes to complete the 10 multiple choice questions in the survey.

Deadline: We will release this survey only once for a two week period to ensure we have reached a broad range of community partners. We would like to have your responses by 5PM on April 25, 2012.

Questions: If you have any questions about this survey or wish to discuss it further, please contact Diana Fleming, STOP VAWA and SASP Grant Monitor, ODOJ/CVSD, 503.378.6260, or diana.L.fleming at doj.state.or.us<mailto:diana.L.fleming at doj.state.or.us> or Tera Widger, VAWA and CAMI Grant Assistant, ODOJ/CVSD, 503.378.5308 or tera.a.widger at doj.state.or.us<mailto:tera.a.widger at doj.state.or.us>.
