Hello,

Beginning January 1, 2016 HB2776 becomes law in Oregon.  The law permits DV victims to obtain an emergency protective order.

As I understand it, the new forms have been sent via email to LEDS representatives and will be posted on the LEDS website (though I just checked and didn't see them, yet).
