[Domestic Violence issues]

On September 30th, the Oregon Peace Officers Association (OPOA) is hosting a very affordable one-day DV training in Keizer.

Topics include:

*         Improving domestic violence investigations

*         Strangulation (anatomy and injury)

*         Protections Orders

*         Legal update

*         Neurobiology of Trauma (including an introduction to the (FETI(c)) Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview technique)

Speakers include several veteran prosecutors, a long-time civil/victims rights attorney, and a fantastic  medical expert.
