[DV_listserv] Sentencing Memo REQUEST

Hello, Prosecutors!

Ashley Cadotte just recently had a difficult trial at the end of which she convicted a longtime DV defendant of multiple charges, including Assault II (x 2), Attempted A2, Strangulation/F, Assault IV/F, and UUW. Great job, Ashley!

The defendant also stipulated to several aggravating factors.

Despite the mandatory minimum sentences, it would be helpful in this case to submit a sentencing memo that includes a great discussion (education) of (any/all of these): DV dynamics, impact on the victim, lethality, etc.

Who has a recent-ish sentencing memo  that they would be willing to share? The Sentencing hearing is on the 15th, so the sooner the better, if possible.
