[DV_listserv] Legal Updates

[Domestic Violence issues]

Hello,

During the annual "DV Boot Camp" training for prosecutors, there is usually a session on DV-related "Legal Updates." I've just completed the "PDF" version of that session-see attached "Legal Update-2016."

I've also attached last year's case law compilation, as well.
