VRLC attorneys will provide an overview of the various types of Oregon orders, discuss the similarities and differences, eligibility requirements for each type of order, and how to help survivors assess which CPO is best suited to their needs. We will also discuss tips for completing the ex parte petition, appearing in court, and preparing for a contested hearing.
