Hi All,

I recently got my hands on the Proposed Rule Changes for the Crime Seriousness Rankings which included newly enacted laws.

Here are some changes that might be interesting/helpful to you:

ORS 163.275: Coercion (including new provision of threats to animal) (6 unless there is threat of physical injury in which case it is a 7)

ORS 163.472: Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image (Crime Category 6)

ORS 163.701: Invasion of Personal Privacy I (6)

ORS 167.333: Sexual Assault of an Animal (6)

ORS 164.377(2)(c): Computer Crime (If Theft of an Intimate Image) (5)

ORS 163.192: Endangering Person Protected By FAPA Restraining Order (4)
