[DV_listserv] DV-related deaths

[Domestic Violence issues]

A man started a fire in a NE Portland home that killed two men, a dog, and displaced 25 other people. The man admitted to dousing the couch in the apartment with gasoline and setting it on fire after fighting with his girlfriend.

These are the 24th and 25th deaths related to Domestic Violence this year in Oregon.
