[DV_listserv] Expert Witness Shirley Fitzgerald

[Domestic Violence issues]

Hello all,

Has anyone dealt with Ms. Fitzgerald as an expert witness?  The defense is trying to call her to explain that the defendant was in the midst of a diabetic crisis when he tried to strangle his girlfriend to death.  I’d appreciate hearing any insights/ experience anyone has with her.
