Travel Scholarships are available
Limited travel scholarships to cover mileage, per diem and lodging, are available. Priority will be given to participants from rural and frontier-based agencies. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, you must complete the scholarship portion of the registration.
Thank you to Oregon DOJ for providing our STOP VAWA grant which allows us to offer scholarships and this training free of charge.

You are invited to register for Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force's Statewide Law Enforcement & Prosecutor Training, the last in this series, held in Pendleton March 11-13, 2019. This training aims to increase the capacity of the Criminal Justice System to effectively and empathically respond to, investigate, and prosecute sexual violence crimes.

Venue: Tamastslikt Cultural Institute, 47106 Wildhorse Blvd. Pendleton, Oregon
    NO CHARGE FOR REGISTRATION.

The training’s materials and presentations, delivered through a trauma-informed lens, will focus on improving our understanding and handling of sexual violence crimes and their impact on victims and survivors. This is a cross-training event created for both
Law Enforcement and Prosecutors.
CEUs will be offered.
This two and a half day training will equip participants to implement new and emerging techniques and best practices in sexual assault investigation and prosecution. Following the training,
participants will have access to ongoing technical assistance.
