Update to this case- Tracy Cloud has now been arrested and charged with second degree murder and UUW.

September 23, 2019: Washington County (Portland) #28 (previously sent out with less details)
Tracy Cloud (46) called 911 to report that she had shot her estranged husband, Philip Cloud (62).  She reported that he pulled a handgun on her before she drew her handgun and shot him.  The man was still alive when officers arrived but he died at the scene.  The couple was in the process of getting a divorce.

Relationship: estranged husband
Weapon: firearm
