 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Four of the seven SLD fall training sessions are now in wait list mode.  Reply comments on the draft ESL for FY 2009 were submitted last week.  Comments of the FCC's broader ESL NPRM are due September 18th.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief for August 15th.  This week's issue provides tips on filing BEARs, either online or by mail.
