 *   Belated Requests for Invoice Deadline Extensions.  Contrary to a charge made in a recent FCC appeal, SLD approvals and denials of Invoice Deadline Extension Requests appear to be based on flexible, not arbitrary, guidelines.  This article explains these guidelines and discusses strategies to deal with denials.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated March 27th.  The SLD’s most recent News Brief discusses reviews the use of its online Application Status tool to follow the progress of one or more applications through the review process.
