 *   FY 2007 – FY 2009 Funding Status.  Waves 33 and 34 for FY 2008 will be released this week.  Priority 2 requests are now being denied at 85% and below, and approved at 88% and above.  There will be no FY 2007 wave this week.  The FY 2009 application window closes February 12th.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Key upcoming dates include the non-recurring invoice deadline for FY 2007 (January 28th), Form 486 deadlines for FY 2008 Waves 22-25 (January 6th to 25th), Form 470 deadline for FY 2009 (January 15th), and Form 471 deadline for FY 2009 (February 12th).


 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated January 2nd.   Last week’s News brief provides numerous tips for filing online.
