 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC Chairman will be the sole witness at a Senate hearing on the National Broadband Plan on April 14th. The FBI has established the Safe Online Surfing Web site for students and parents.  USAC released its Semi-Annual Audit Recovery Report.  Comments on the FCC’s proposed rules to permit community usage of school Internet facilities are due April 5th.  USAC published its annual report of 2009.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated April 2 – PIA Review, cont.  Discusses the various categories of eligibility for products and services.
