 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Comments on the FCC’s proposed new CIPA rules are due February 18th. Obama’s proposed budget for 2011 eliminates all EETT funding.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Briefs dated February 3-5: Application Process.  The SLD issued three News Briefs last week covering various aspects of the application process.
