 *   Funding Status Update.   Funding Wave 42 for FY 2009 will be released this week. FY 2010 applicants should review their RALs carefully.
 *   FCC-Sponsored E-Rate Survey.  Online surveys requesting information on Internet access usage and E-rate funding were distributed last week to a random sample of applicants.  Participation, while voluntary, is encouraged
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The deadline for submitting reply comments on the FCC’s proposed new CIPA rules is March 12th.  The next open FCC meeting on March 16th will include a presentation on the National Broadband Plan to be delivered to Congress the following day.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Briefs dated February 23 and 26 – NO/NI.  Last week’s SLD News Briefs discussed post-filing activities.  The SLD’s “Never IN, Never OUT!” mantra is explained.
