[Erate] FCC order on e-Rate expected tomorrow! SNEAK PEEK from FCC Chairman Genachowski

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski spoke at the "Learning and Growing in a Digital Age" Forum in Mountain View, CA yesterday. In his speech, he briefly mentions some of the changes that are forthcoming in the much anticipated e-Rate rule changes due tomorrow. I thought some of you would be interested in the transcript of his speech so I have attached it here. You are always welcome to send me questions or comments, but I'll warn you that right now, I know just about as much as you do, and I am just as anxious to see what comes out in tomorrow's order.
