I was out for vacation last week so I'm just catching up on the newsletter. :)

 *   Funding Status.  The released a preliminary estimate of demand for FY 2011 showing a 10% increase in funding requests over this year.  Wave 47 for FY 2010 and Wave 84 for FY 2009 will be released this week.
 *   Incomplete FY 2011 Applications.  The SLD will be sending reminders to applicants who have not submitted signed certifications or Item 21 attachments.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC has authorized USAC to accept corrections to clerical and ministerial errors at any time during the application review process.  The FCC also issued six appeal decisions last week largely affirming past precedents.  Additional information is provided on submitting RAL corrections.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated April 15.  The recent News Brief reviews the three basic levels of PIA reviews.
