 *   Funding Status.  Wave 25 for FY 2011 and Wave 77 for FY 2010 are scheduled for release this week. Priority 2 funding is being provided at 90% for FY 2011.  The application window for FY 2012 will open January 9 and close March 20, 2012.
 *   Revised Form 479 and Form 486 Instructions.  The CIPA compliance language of the Forms 479 and 486 instructions have been updated to reflect the added provisions of the Protecting Children in the 21st Century Act.
 *   FCC Decisions on "Innocent Victims" Appeals.  The FCC rejected arguments made by several third-party vendors seeking USAC invoice payments for work done under contracts that had subsequently been determined to be invalid due to competitive bidding violations by applicants and other suppliers.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The deadline for responding to the first batch of Form 486 Urgent Reminder Letters is December 6.
 *   Schools and Libraries Special News Brief dated December 2.  The SLD latest News Brief reviews a number of eligible services issues.
