 *   Funding Status.  The application window for FY 2011 closes March 24th.  Wave 41 for FY 2010 will be released this week.
 *   Letters from USAC.  Applicants are or may be receiving a flood of letters from USAC including Form 470 RNLs, Form 471 deadline letters, Form 486 reminders, Form 471 RALs, and Internal Audit Division letters.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Supreme Court rules against FCC (and AT&T) on FOIA exemptions for corporate data.  FCC comments on the 80% vs. 81% funding threshold are due this week.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated March 4.  The most recent News Brief discusses the calculation of discount rates for various types of entities.
