 *   Funding Status.  Wave 21 for FY 2011 and Wave 74 for FY 2010 are scheduled for release this week. Priority 2 funding is being provided at 90% for FY 2011.  The application window for FY 2012 is expected to open in the first week of January and close in mid-March.
 *   The Road to Success - Technology Plans.  The SLD's fall training workshops include a presentation on topics designed to keep applicants and service providers out of trouble.  This week's review focuses on technology plans.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The President has appointed two new FCC Commissioners.  SLD fall training is almost over, but other training is available.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated November 4.  Last week's News Brief discusses the remedies available to applicants who missed two key October deadlines.
