 *   Funding Status.  Wave 23 for FY 2011 and Wave 76 for FY 2010 are scheduled for release this week. Priority 2 funding is being provided at 90% for FY 2011.  The application window for FY 2012 is expected to open in the first week of January and close in mid-March.
 *   FFL Initiative to Increase E-Rate Funding.  An E-rate consulting firm has filed a high-profile letter to the FCC Chairman proposing to transfer a portion of the funding for the new Connect America Fund to the E-rate program.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  USAC has released its first batch of Form 486 Urgent reminder Letters for FY 2011 funding.  SLD fall training is over, but other training is available.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated November 18.  The most recent News Brief discusses the relationship between technology plans and Form 470s.
