 *   Funding Status.  Wave 16 for FY 2011 and Wave 69 for FY 2010 (including Priority 2 funding at all levels) are scheduled for this week.
 *   Eligible Services List Update.  The FCC formally released the FY 2012 ESL.  Additional information on eligibility is being provided in the SLD's fall training workshops
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  USAC's most recent Semi-Annual Audit Recovery report shows significant increases in both amounts recovered and pending appeals.  The SLD's fall training continues; many states will also provide training.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated September 30.  Last week's News Brief discusses the October 28 and October 31 deadlines for FY 2010 recurring service invoices and FY 2011 Form 486s, respectively.
