 *   Funding Status.  Wave 15 for FY 2011, wave 68 for FY 2010 (including Priority 2 funding at all levels), and Wave 94 for FY 2009 are scheduled for this week.
 *   SLD Fall Training Overview.  The SLD's annual fall E-rate training begins next week.  Posted slides provide new information on various E-rate rules and procedures.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  New IRS guidance on employee cellphones needs to be interpreted in light of E-rate eligibility.   Changes are recommended to the tech plan section of the SLD's sample consortium LOA.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated September 23.  Last week's News Brief discusses activities that service providers should be undertaking this fall.
