  *   Funding Status.  The application window for FY 2012 is now closed.  Wave 43 for FY 2011 and Wave 43 for FY 2010 will be released this week.  Priority 2 funding for FY 2011 is currently being awarded at 90% and denied at 79% and below.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Revised NSLP income eligibility guidelines are now available for 2012-2013.  Last week's FCC appeal decision provided waivers for missed Form 486 deadlines.  USAC's Web sites have all been reformatted and updated.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated April 13.  The SLD's latest News Brief summarizes the PIA review process.
