  *   Funding Status.  The application window for FY 2012 opened January 9 and close March 20, 2012.  Wave 36 for FY 2011 and Wave 87 for FY 2010 will be released this week.
  *   Timely and Late-Filed Form 470s for FY 2012.  February 21st was the last day to file a valid Form 470 for FY 2012.  Applicants who met that deadline should make sure to certify their forms and to wait 28 days before selecting vendors.  Applicants who missed that deadline may consider other options.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC released seven appeal decisions affecting 83 applicants.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated February 24.  The SLD latest News Brief reminds applicants to file separate Priority 1 and 2 applications, and discusses information requirements for Item 21 attachments.
