  *   Funding Status.  Due to continuing system problems, no regular funding waves are scheduled for this week.  The first wave for FY 2012 should be released later this month..
  *   The "Lowest Corresponding Price" Issue Resurfaces.  An investigative report and new SLD training slides stress a little-publicized E-rate rule requiring service providers to offer" most favored nation" pricing to E-rate applicants.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Reply comments from school and library organizations do not support the FCC's proposal to administer digital literacy training through E-rate.  The FCC released four more appeal decision affecting 22 applicants.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated May 4.  The deadline for correcting incomplete Form 471 applications for FY 2012 is May 9th.
