  *   Funding Status.  Wave 95 for FY 2010 will be released this week.  The first wave for FY 2012 should be released in early June.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Registration is open for the SLD's fall training.  The FCC released four new E-rate appeal orders affecting 84 applicants.  The deadline for complying with the new CIPA requirements, and for updating expiring tech plan approvals, is July 1st.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated May 25.  The SLD's summer contact procedures went into effect last Friday.
