  *   Funding Status.  Funding waves for FY 2011 and FY 2012 are scheduled for release this week.
  *   SLD Fall Training - Program Compliance.  This is the third in a series of articles summarizing key information from the SLD's fall training.  The presentation focuses on Lowest Correspond Price and gift rules, and highlights the new "or equivalent" rule for Form 470 and RFP product specifications.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The invoicing deadline for FY 2011 recurring services is October 29th.  The Form 486 deadlines for FY 2012, Wave 1-2, are November 7th and 8th.   The FCC approved 14 Form 486 appeals.  Three people have been nominated for the two open "school" positions on the USAC Board.
