  *   Funding Status.  The FY 2013 application window closed March 14th.  Funding waves are scheduled this week for FY 2011 and FY 2012.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC has appointed a new Director of Digital Learning.  An FCC appeal decision on late filed Form 471s approved filings for 27 applicants and denied 5 others.
  *   SLD News Brief for April 19 - Certification/Attachment Deadlines  USAC is sending out over 4,900 letters this week to applicants who have reportedly not yet filed FY 2013 application certifications and/or Item 21 attachments.  Deadlines for submission have been extended to mid-May.
