  *   Funding Status.  The FY 2013 application window closed March 14th; USAC has just released preliminary estimates of demand.  Funding waves are scheduled this week for FY 2011 and FY 2012.
  *   Priority 2 Funding Outlook for FY 2013.  The preliminary estimates show a continued growth in demand for both Priority 1 services and for Priority 2 services at the 90% level.  Full Priority 2 funding for 90% applicants in FY 2013 appears doubtful.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The final deadline for submitting missing FY 2013 application certifications and Item 21 attachments is May15th.  Initial comments regarding the FCC's proposed clarification of the eligibility of bundled components has been set as May 23rd.  FCC has appointed 13 directors to the USAC Board.  Two FCC appeal decisions granted 9 requests for waivers of the Form 486 deadline, but denied 14 other request for waivers of other deadlines.
  *   SLD News Brief for April 26 - Missing Item 21 Attachments.  An Excel file has been posted on the SLD Web site listing FY 2013 FRNs with missing Item 21 attachments.
