  *   E-Rate 2.0 NPRM - Ensuring Broadband Access.  The FCC's new NPRM requests comments on a broad range of approaches for meeting its number one goal of ensuring broadband access.  Changes discussed include a narrower range of eligible services, different mechanisms for funds distribution, and additional funding.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.    Michael O'Reilly nominated as FCC Commissioner. Initial comments filed on FY 2014 ESL.  Three other notices are also out for comment.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated August 2.  The SLD's latest News Brief reviews the steps appellants should take if their appeals are approved.
