Many of you have emailed me concerning the recent requests from EducationSuperHighway<http://www.educationsuperhighway.org/> for copies of Item 21 attachments.

There is no requirement at the State or Federal level that you comply with their request. Applicants can choose to participate or not as they see fit. You are encouraged to review their website and other documentation and make the decision accordingly.

Education Super Highway has indicated in emails to some applicants that they plan to use Public Record Requests to obtain documents from districts who do not participate voluntarily. If this happens to you, you are encouraged to handle the request in the manner set forth in your district policy.
