  *   Funding Status.  The FY 2013 application window open and will close March 14.  Funding waves for FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 are scheduled for this week.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders. The FCC approved more cost-effective PIA review procedures. Through two quarters, USAC has identified $350 million in potential roll-over funds for FY 2013.  Form 486 deadlines are back on a regular schedule with February deadlines for FY 2012 Waves 14-17.  The last day to post a valid Form 470 for FY 2013 is February 14th.
  *   SLD News Brief for February 1.  The SLD's last News Brief discusses options for applicants who missed the January deadlines for FY 2011 invoices and FY 2012 Form 486s.
