  *   Funding Status.  The FY 2013 application window open and will close March 14.  Funding waves for FY 2011 and FY 2012 are scheduled for this week.
  *   More Confusion on Bundled End-User Equipment.  Competitive VoIP providers took USAC to task for a decision to fund "free" phones of a competitor without making similar information publicly available.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders. USAC provided further guidance on the eligibility of Web hosting.  The SLD's SPIN Contact database has been expanded to include DBA information.  Form 486 Urgent Reminder letters were sent to delinquent FY 2012 Wave 1-12 applicants.  The last day to post a valid Form 470 for FY 2013 is February 14th.  The SLD will hold training session for service providers May 7th and 9th.
  *   SLD News Brief for February 8.  The SLD's last News Brief provides FAQ reminders on the filing of Form 470s and other procurement issues.
