  *   Funding Status.  The SLD will release the first funding wave for FY 2013 this week.  Funding waves are also scheduled this week for FY 2011 and FY 2012.
  *   Comments on the FCC's Bundled Components Proposal.  Initial comments were submitted to FCC discussing the pros and cons of the FCC's proposal to require cost allocation on all bundles of eligible and ineligible components.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The SLD's fall training sessions are filling up quickly.  The FCC issued another appeal denial on a competitive bidding violation.  Mignon Clyburn is serving as Acting Chairwoman of the FCC pending completion of the nomination and Senate confirmation process for a new Chairman and a second Commissioner
  *   SLD News Brief for May 24 - Information Requests from USAC.  The latest News Brief reviews USAC's procedures for seeking additional information from applicants.
