Sabrina,

Has a technology plan approval letter ever been sent to Woodburn School District for its 2012-2015 Technology Plan? I've requested it multiple times since July 5, 2012. To date neither the District nor I have not seen such a letter from Willamette Education Service District (WESD) nor can I find it on the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) website.

Please forward a copy of the approval letter to erate at woodburnsd.org<mailto:erate at woodburnsd.org> within the next week. If an approval letter is not provided within the next week I will choice but to contact Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and report the failure of both WESD and ODE's in their respective responsibilities as a Technology Plan Approver (TPA)<http://www.sl.universalservice.org/reference/tech/default.asp>.

You are absolutely right. The Woodburn Technology Plan has been approved and the letter will be posted on the ODE website as soon as possible. If for some reason you need verification prior to the letter being available, let me know and we'll get the verification from the Department. :)

Woodburn's plan was read and recommended for approval last week. Formal letters have not been completed yet, but in the meantime if you need to show proof of approval, then this email should be used for that purpose. :)

This is a follow-up to a voice message I left for you today. Please provide a status on the Technology Plan for Woodburn School District submitted for approval on May 31, 2012. This plan needed to be approved by June 30, 2012 for E-rate FY2012 (Year 15) (July 1, 2-2012 through June 30, 2012).
