  *   Funding Status.  FY 2014 application window will open January 9th and close March 26th.  One funding wave is scheduled this week for FY 2013.
  *   2013 Review - 2014 Preview.  The highlight of 2013 was the release of the FCC's E-Rate 2.0 NPRM.  Many issues, including the lack of funding for Priority 2, are on the agenda for 2014.
  *   Updates and Reminders.   Form 470s for FY 2014 should be filed as soon as possible.  Most Form 486s for FY 2013 waves 17-20 are due in January.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated January 3.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses the release of new versions of Form 479, Form 486, and Form 500.
