  *   Funding Status.  Funding waves for FY 2013 and FY 2014 are scheduled this week.
  *   Updates and Reminders. The House Appropriations Committee approved the fiscal 2015 Agriculture Appropriation Bill with a proposed revision to allow schools to opt out of the 2012 nutritional guidelines for the next school year. Applicants applying for Priority 2 funding for FY 2014 should make sure they have approved technology plans covering the full year.  The FCC issued three appeal orders last week affecting over 135 applicants.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated May 30 - Recurring Service Invoices.  The SLD latest News Brief discusses the process for filing invoices for FY 2013 recurring services.
