  *   Funding Status.  FY 2014 application window will close next week on March 26th.  Funding waves for FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2013 are scheduled this week.
  *   Additional Item 24 Guidance.  Based on discussions with the FCC, SECA received additional guidance on completing Item 24 of the revised Form 471 application.
  *   Updates and Reminders.  The FCC comment deadlines for E-rate related proceedings are March 31st for the Report on FCC Process Reform and April 7th for the E-rate Modernization Public Notice. Form 486s for Waves 27-28 are due in March.  The FCC released two appeal orders granting relief from minor competitive bidding violations and for late-filed applications.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated March 14.  The SLD latest News Brief reviews the procedures for submitting online and paper Item 21 Attachments.
