Public Meeting Notice

The Employment Relations Board will hold a public meeting to deliberate and potentially vote on whether to formally propose permanent rule amendments to Division 25 to implement HB 2573 (regarding using an electronic record and an electronic signature for showing of interest) and to repeal Division 30 (regarding deauthorization of fair share fees), as recommended by the agency's Rules Advisory Committee. If the Board votes to do so, that will begin the next step of the rulemaking process, including subsequent public notice and comment.
