Public Hearing Notice

The Employment Relations Board will hold a public hearing on proposed rulemaking changes to repeal Division 30 (deauthorization of fair share agreements) and to amend Division 25 to comply with HB 2573 (2023)<https://olis.oregonlegislature.gov/liz/2023R1/Downloads/MeasureDocument/HB2573>, which requires the Board to develop procedures that may be used for preparing and signing authorizations designating bargaining representatives using an electronic record and an electronic signature. The Board is currently accepting public comment on the proposed rulemaking changes. The deadline for written public comment is 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2023. Written comments in advance of the meeting should be submitted to: ERB.Filings at ERB.oregon.gov<mailto:ERB.Filings at ERB.oregon.gov>. Attendees of the public meeting will also be afforded the opportunity to provide comments and testimony at the meeting.
