The Johns Hopkins Center for Injury Research and Policy is surveying child death review teams in collaboration with the National Center for Child Fatality Review and Prevention. The survey will close on April 30, 2021, and we want to ensure that all states, local teams, and fatality review partners are represented. Your responses will be combined with responses from other CDR teams' responses into a report shared with the National Center to better support you. Data will be reported in aggregate, and no data identifying you or your team will be included. As a reminder, for states that complete at least 50 responses, de-identified survey data will be shared with your state CDR coordinator.
