Request for DSI tools, forms and protocols

Dear CDR Colleagues,

The National Center is interested in collecting any death scene investigations (DSI) tools, forms, or protocols that are used in deaths that are related to firearms. We are interested in forms that are used for suicides, homicides, accidents, or undetermined deaths. We plan to collect these tools and provide a summary back out to the listserv.

 Thank you in advance for sharing your resources.
