New Personalized Facilitation Coaching to Support CDR and FIMR

Hello CDR and FIMR colleagues,
Successful facilitation can make a significant difference in fatality review teams' effectiveness. To support the facilitation needs of CDR and FIMR teams, the National Center is pleased to offer personalized facilitation coaching to support CDR and FIMR leaders in facilitating multidisciplinary review meeting discussions. Facilitators from the Michigan Public Health Institute will provide a limited number of one-on-one sessions tailored to team-specific needs.
If you are interested in signing-up for a one-on-one Facilitation Coaching Session, please follow these steps:
1. Click on this link to Microsoft Bookings<https://outlook.office365.com/book/CommunicationServices@MichiganPHI.onmicrosoft.com/>.
2. Choose a date and time for your one-hour session (availability in April, May, and June). All listed times are ET.
3. Complete the remaining fields at the bottom of the booking form to help the facilitators understand your facilitation challenge(s) and prepare for the session. Coaching Sessions will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Submit the form and you will receive an automatic meeting invitation for the session.
*Please note sessions will be scheduled as Microsoft Teams meetings. If you prefer Zoom, please book a session (as described above) and email Michael Williams (MPHI Facilitator) at mwilliam at mphi.org<mailto:mwilliam at mphi.org> to request a Zoom link.
We hope you find this opportunity beneficial! Because this is a limited opportunity, facilitation coaching is limited to one session per CDR or FIMR team leader.  If you have any questions or have issues with completing the Microsoft Booking form, please let us know.
