NEW  Mentoring Program Opportunity for Fatality Review Coordinators

Mentoring Program Opportunity for Fatality Review Coordinators

Dear fatality review colleagues,

The National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention (National Center) is excited to launch a re-designed mentoring program for child death review (CDR) and fetal and infant mortality review (FIMR) coordinators.
Mentoring will now be a standing offering of the National Center's technical assistance (TA) options to responsively support new coordinators by connecting them with seasoned fatality review leaders.

What Happens in Mentoring?
*         A mentor and mentee are paired based on key programmatic characteristics, skills, and mentee needs.
*         The pair will identify key areas of focus for the duration of the 6-month mentoring period, drafting a unique workplan.
*         Mentor/mentee pairs will meet monthly to make progress on their co-created goals.
