[Federal_reporting_contacts] Grant Category inactivations on RSTARS D40 screen

Good afternoon,
The Office of the State Controller is sending this notice as an alert to an upcoming action and to provide the opportunity to respond if needed.

During preparation for the FY24 year-end reporting period, a review of SEFA Assistance Listing Numbers (ALN) was performed. Over 600 ALN were identified as being active on the RSTARS D40 Grant Category Screen but not active on SAM.gov, the official US Government system for ALN.  In addition, records show the identified ALN have not been used by agencies to report either expenditures or revenues during fiscal years 2022 or 2023.

The process to inactivate the ALN on the D40 screen will begin after the close of Month 13 is complete. The attached spreadsheet shows only the ALNs identified for inactivation. If your agency knows of any reason why an ALN on this list should not be inactivated, please respond to Karen.A.Williams at das.oregon.gov<mailto:Karen.A.Williams at das.oregon.gov> before August 23, 2024 with the information.
