[Fit-elevation] Elevation FIT Meeting to complete Data Inventory and Assessment

All,

Sorry it took so long to get this out but here is my evaluation of the elevation data elements. The first two rows are green indicating I have submitted the evaluation online, but that doesn't mean the answers cannot be changed. Please review the data element answers I have filled out. The answer options for each question are below the rows of data elements in the excel sheet. Please send me a list of questions/answers that you would like changed and simple reason why they need to be changed. The evaluation needs to be completed by the 14th, so send me all comments by Monday afternoon. I will try and post conflicting answer issues to the group for a group decision.

My suggestion for reviewing each data element answer is try to consider how you, a data user, accesses and utilize these datasets and how the current method of for creating /evaluating/modifying/updating these data elements are currently performed at the level of the Oregon Geospatial Library.

Thank you for participating in the Doodle Poll. We will hold the EFIT meeting at DOGAMI Portland office on Monday March 5th, 11am to 12:45 (probably will not go this long).

Over the weekend I will send a synopsis of the Data Evaluation questionnaire and the elements we will be reviewing. For those that cannot attend the meeting please review these materials and provide your feedback relating to data evaluation. I want to capture as many view points as possible for each data element.

The Elevation FIT needs to convene next week to complete the Data Inventory and Assessment Survey for every Elevation Data Element. The survey needs to be completed prior to March 14th.
