[FIT] FW: Revised Framework proposal for historical railroad proposal

OGIC Members:

In May, PAC reviewed proposals submitted to the 2015-17 round of framework data development funding round. Of the ten proposals submitted, PAC endorsed seven for funding. Three were either rejected or deferred for refinements by the proposers.  OGIC concurred with these recommendations.

One of the deferred proposals, the Oregon Historical Railroad Project has been revised by the proposers and is attached.  It's scope has been reduced significantly from the original $112,700 request to a pilot project at a cost of $32,500.  Other refinements were made.  The PAC has reviewed the revised proposal and decided to forward it to OGIC for approval.  Please respond to me by end of day, Friday, October 30th with your recommendation for either approval or suggestion for other action.
